Back in 2000 whilst being interviewed by this wonderful lady for the position of shop manager at the new Garston shop. And I still laugh at this to this day. 

 Gills question to me was... How's your back'  I replied...' my back is fine how's yours'. I got the job and went on to work for another 15 yrs.

Gill wasn't just a boss she was my friend xxxxxx
